Ordering your Kennek Kote. 

It is helpful if, prior to ordering, you contact us by e-mail, to check current delivery status. We aim to deliver within 30 days of receipt of order, but in times of high order intake this timescale can be under pressure. This is particularly relevant if you require the product as a present for a specific date. If required, and if at all possible, we can arrange to deliver on the date of the birthday or anniversary, with a suitable card attached to the product. We have even joined in the party on one occasion! We only put a product into our build schedule on receipt of an order, and do so in strict sequence, first come, first served! 

There are two ways to order and pay:-

• You can pay by cheque. Print out and complete the Order Form, and post to us with a deposit of 30% of the total cost (product plus delivery). Balance payable on delivery, cheques payable to K Kennedy.

• You can pay online. Visit our online shop and pay for your order, delivery charges and installation via the secure Paypal system (which takes debit and credit cards). Then print out and complete the Paypal order form and send it to us to confirm your order

Delivery

Wherever possible I prefer to deliver my dovecotes in person. Delivery of any model of cote is free within a 30 mile radius of Spalding, for greater distances please view the attached document below.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR EACH COUNTY  

The Barton, Charfield and Hedgehog House can be sent by carrier, as these are all quite bulky and weighty items prices are in the £25 - £50 range, again please get in touch and I will quote you.

The Gedney and the Bird Table are very difficult to pack for delivery by carrier, personal delivery is the best option for these.

You are, of course, more than welcome to collect your cote, if you have any doubts as to whether the cote will fit in your vehicle, please contact me and I will advise you. 

 Note: If two products are ordered for delivery at the same time, only one delivery charge applies, i.e if a Gedney and a Hedgehog House are ordered for delivery to Staffordshire, total delivery charge is £20

Installation 

Whilst installation of the Gedney is straightforward, if you prefer that someone else does the digging and concreting, please contact me for a quotation or check out our standard installation charge on the online shop.
